Refund policy
Woodland Epoxy Inc. offers a 7 day return policy from the time you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in the same condition as you received them: unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of opened or partially used materials.
If you would like to request a return, please contact us at info@woodlandepoxy.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the product.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged product, contact us at info@woodlandepoxy.com within 7 days of receipt. Please include your order number, a description of the damage/defect, and photos so that we can evaluate the issue.
Products sold shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If you believe that you’ve received defective product, contact us at info@woodlandepoxy.com within 30 days of receipt. While we do not allow the return of opened product, we strive to ensure that our customers have a good experience and we’re here to help.
